They're replacing all the fluorescent bulbs at work with these (100+ so far). I installed them in my office and WOW! They were so great I bought them for home. They're a snap to install:
Turn off the light switch to the fixture(s)
Uncover and remove the ballast and cut off the wires as long as possible
Connect all the wires from the "tombstones" at one end of the fixture to one leg of AC
Connect all the wires from the "tombstones" at the other end of the fixture to the other leg of AC
Replace the cover over the wires
Install the bulbs making sure the LED side is downward (their output is directional and should point directly away from the base of the "tombstones"
Turn on the switch and enjoy the light!

Replacing all 4ft - 4 bulb fluorescent office fixtures 26 in all.
The results in the first 3 rooms were very well received. The replacement eliminated 2 ballasts and 4 fluorescent bulbs and replaces with only 2 LED bulbs per fixture with higher light output. Great product.

The delivery was efficient and quick. The bulbs are great! They fit perfectly into the T8 fixture and it's not a brash white but a nice daylight white. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I had three "shop light" fixtures in the basement and one diffused fixture in the computer room. All had two T12 40 Watt Fluorescent bulbs. I had no problem with the eight T8 LED bulbs I purchased. They are quite a bit brighter than the old bulbs. In the basement that is an advantage, in computer room I wish I could dim the light.

Power measured per fixture: AMP .35, WATT 41, VA 41, PF .99

Along with the 4 foot T8 fixture, It was just what I wanted. Easy to install. Good white light. I replaced 2-4 foot fluorescent bulbs with just 1 of these. Great!

Why buy new light fixtures to get LED light ? Retro fitting your existing 4' florescent fixtures to LED cant be easier than this. Just by pass the Ballast, heck I took them out. and the one wire to each end is great, no replacing shunted tomb stones or wiring diagrams needed. Very nice clean, bright light. Don't even bother looking else where this is the best price your going to find and the customer service is very good. LED's time has come and the prices are coming down to earth here. bye bye florescent tubes. Not going to miss you.

My sensitivity to florescent lights stemmed from Lyme Disease attacking my brain in Sept 2014. The flicker would put me down in about 30 minutes..migraine city. However the LED's light are brighter and a much better, more comfortable light with no migraine or sick feeling. My master closet is to bright I can see everything and our basement storage area has never been so bright. Can't wait to see if we see any electrical savings. Doesn't matter, the lights have saved my head :) The lights were also very easy to install and the person my husband talked to was so knowledgeable and polite. Happy Happy Mattsons

Pleasantly surprised that these were brighter than I expected. A word of caution: look at your fixture's end socket orientation. If they are straight up and down your OK. Mine were mounted at an 45 degree angle which then placed the tubes at an angle. Because the LED's in the tube emit light on a 90 degree axis (as opposed to omnidirectional for a fluorescent tube), the 45 degree sockets kinda messed up the fixture's light output with these LED tubes. I ended up having to get a new fixture.

I replaced my old style lamps with these 45W T8 fluorescent lamps and we have a much brighter locker room & we are going to start saving on energy. I am also looking at where else in our facility we can use this product or some of the other products that will save us energy.

I'm not an electrician but rewired a 2' fluorescent with magnetic ballast and starter and a 4@light 4' fluorescent fixture with two ballasts and had all LED's up an running in under an hour. Immediate significant difference in brightness. Don't waste your time price shopping, you won't find lower T8's than here. Delivery was quick. Very satisfied customer.

I'm not an electrician and installed a 4 tube 4' fixture and a single 2' fixture with magnetic ballast/starter in less than an hour. No need to shop around these prices are as good as you'll find. Don't buy the LED bulbs that work with an existing ballast. They are twice the price and you still have to deal with ballast maintenance down the road. The light output is so much better than the fluorescents. No more excuses - you'll be happy you upgraded
